The Scottish National Athletics League is the premier track and field league in Scotland. It started in 2024 replacing a provisional Joint League that was put in place after the Covid pandemic. It covers both men's and women's competition with senior, under 20 and under 17 age-groups. There are nine competitions within the league format - an overall league competition with four competitions each within the men's and women's categories (under-17, under-20, seniors and a combined overall competion). The top 3 in the overall league and the winners within the men's and women's competitions are listed below.

Prior to the establishment of the joint league, there were separately run leagues for men and women. The Men's league ran from 1972 (although there had been limited league competition in the 1960s). The Women's League ran from 1973.
