John Scott ran for Edinburgh AC from 12 years old in 1970. He competed in all events from Cross-Country to sprints over the following 12 years or so. He managed a few medals at National/District level over a number of distances. John started photography when injured but attending athletics meetings to watch around 1979. Most photos are from 1980s when he used to be able to blag his way on to the track at even the big meetings.
