Collection of information

We provide a comprehensive results, rankings and information service for the sport of athletics in Scotland. When you contact the Scottish Association of Track Statisticians ("SATS") website we will use your contact email address, correspondence address, or telephone number to reply to you and retain this address for any future contact only. We will not share your data with any third parties. 

 

Information Usage

Personal data collected by SATS will be used and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and this privacy policy. We will not disclose any other personal details to third parties.

 

Dates of birth

This SATS website is a site which provides current and historical rankings and profiles for the sport of athletics, and a part of this process in identifying athletes performances successfully and accurately is the inclusion of athletes’ dates of birth. If you do not wish to have your DOB displayed on the website please contact us on scotstats@aol.com and we will arrange immediate removal of this information.
